Providing the necessary supports for each individual to participate in the community in which he or she lives, in a way that satisfies and enriches both the individual and the community; Facilitating caring and satisfying relationships for each individual we assist; Listening and responding to feedback from the individuals we assist, their families, and the community; Respecting the dignity and individuality of every person with disabilities that we support; Providing access to experience that provides each individual with opportunities for choice and growth as appropriate; and Supporting individuals with disabilities through advocacy and education efforts with families, in the legislature, and in the community.
