You may give to Downeast Horizons in a variety of ways. All donations are appreciated and graciously accepted.

Straight Donation
Write a check to Downeast Horizons and send it to us with a note saying you would like to contribute to our organization.

Donate Stocks or Bonds
You may donate stocks or bonds directly to us. The advantage is you will not have to pay any capital gains tax on the appreciation of the value of the stocks or bonds. You may still deduct the full value of the appreciated stock.

Name Us in Your Will
You may name Downeast Horizons in your will to receive a set dollar amount or a percentage of your total estate.

Pledge to Us Over Time
You may make a pledge to Downeast Horizons over five or fewer years. We would be glad to send a reminder of your pledge at specified times. You may donate at any time of the year.

Volunteer Time or Resources
Please contact us directly if you are interested in volunteering time or resources. We have many opportunities and will be happy to discuss how you can help.
