Color Fun 5k
This special race has become a true highlight of the Ellsworth area’s community calendar and we were thrilled to have it back! We hope to see you next year at our 2027 Color Run 5K!
Proceeds from the Color Fun 5k go to DEHI programs.
The 2026 Downeast Horizons Color Fun 5K was a great success, with 219 registrants!
Thank you to all of our sponsors, volunteers, and DEHI staff who helped make this amazing community event possible.
A special thank you to our DJ, Ryan Parks, for keeping the energy high throughout the morning!
We were also fortunate to have beautiful weather — sunny and 70 degrees
— creating the perfect atmosphere for a fun-filled morning of color, laughter, and community spirit!
Photos from the event will be posted soon — stay tuned!
Thank you to the 2026 Color Fun 5k Sponsors!
