Mask Update: June 27, 2022

Jun 27, 2022

I am pleased to announce that masking is no longer mandated at any DEHI site with the exception of riding in our large vans and when there are over 8 participants in one of our day-program rooms.

As always, those who wish to remain masked have the option to do so. Furthermore, we will no longer be taking temperatures, however, we will still be asking about symptoms or exposure to Covid and if so appropriate screening will occur.
If an employee, resident, or program participant presents symptoms that are associated with Covid, please stay home and contact the office for testing. Masking will be required if a program participant arrives at the program with symptoms or tests positive until they are picked up from the program.
Now more than ever it will be important to use social distancing guidelines, making sure that we are sanitizing the homes and program spaces.

Finally, please note that this may change at any given time or per site should the necessity arise.

DONATE TODAY!

You may give to Downeast Horizons in a variety of ways. All donations are appreciated and graciously accepted.
